ProActiv has a delicious creamy taste and can help reduce cholesterol naturally when consumed daily. ProActiv is a margarine with added plant sterols, containing 35% fat. It is free from artificial colours and flavours. Plant sterols have been clinically proven to help reduce cholesterol.

About the brand

Flora ProActiv contains plant sterols. As part of a healthy lifestyle and a diet rich in fruit and vegetables, a daily intake of 1.5-2.4g plant sterols can help reduce cholesterol by 7-10% in just two to three weeks*. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. As coronary heart disease has multiple risk factors, more than one may need to be improved to reduce overall risk. ProActiv is not for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol. Consumption of more than 3g/day of plant sterols is not recommended. If you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication, use under medical supervision. ProActiv is not nutritionally suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or children under 5 years of age.
