Bio Ghi is a clarified butter, which is created by slow heating and then filtering. It is made from the milk of cows that graze on pastures where no pesticides, fertilizers or other chemicals are used. During preparation, water, protein and sugars evaporate from the butter. The end result is a pure fat, which is yellow in color, tastes like butter and contains no flavorings, colorings or aromas. Since it does not contain milk protein, it is also suitable for people with milk allergies. Bio Ghi is ideal for cooking and baking instead of classic butter. It has a high burning point (240°C), which means that it does not burn during baking or cooking.
