Use

Pre-shampoo: For light care. Apply sparingly to damp or dry hair, then rinse thoroughly before shampooing. Use regularly.

Conditioner: For detangling. After shampooing, apply sparingly to damp hair and rinse thoroughly. Use regularly.

Hair mask: For deep care. After washing your hair, apply sparingly to damp hair and leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Use 2-3 times a week.

Overnight hair mask: For intensive care. Apply a small amount to dry or towel-dried hair. Leave on overnight and wash out the next day. Use 1-2 times a week.
