Jean-Francois Protheau Chablis Chardonnay 2020 white

Chardonnay made using traditional methods from Northern Burgundy, from the Chablis vineyards. A lively pale yellow wine, with an open nose, white fruits, and a beautiful minerality. Its taste is balanced, with a lemony and fresh finish. Perfect with oysters or fish in sauce, but also with veal and poultry. Alcohol content: 12.5%.

Storage

Store at 10-11 °C, in a dry and cool place.
