Chocolate ice cream without added sugar, sweetened with maltitol, erythritol and stevia. Gluten-free, dairy-free. Vegan.

Instructions for use

Can be consumed immediately after taking it out of the freezer, or made even softer by storing it at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Norbert Erdős learned everything there is to know about making creamy, balanced artisan ice cream from the most famous Italian gelato makers. He does not work with ready-made products or semi-finished ingredients, but builds the recipes himself from scratch – individually balancing the ingredients for a consistently high-quality end result. Erdős ice creams are not made in some factory either; every single batch is mixed and filled into cups by the Erdős confectionery team in their own workshop.
