Instructions for use

In the microwave: heat for 2:00 minutes at 750 watts. Do not pierce or remove the foil, which will rise and create a bubble of steam to ensure even heating, then relax (cracking is possible). Let stand for 30 seconds, pull off the foil and enjoy.

In a pan: remove the foil, place the product in the pan, then add 4 tablespoons of water and heat over medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
