Recipe recommendation - Pancake cake a'la lasagna with meatless salami

Ingredients:

Meatless salami  
approx. 20 pancakes (mix 1.5 cups of wheat flour with 2 cups of plant-based milk and fry in a little oil)
pizza sauce
favorite plant-based cheese
zucchini  
pepper
red onion
2 cloves of garlic

Preparation:

1. Fry the pancakes and prepare your favorite tomato sauce.
2. Sauté the finely chopped vegetables in a pan, add 2 cloves of garlic.
3. When the vegetables and pancakes are ready, it's time for the cake :)
4. Arrange the pancakes in layers: pancake - sauce - cheese - salami - pancake - sauce - cheese - vegetables and so on.
5. When ready, put everything in the oven preheated to 170 C for a few minutes.

Suggested use

Meatless salami is best for classic sandwiches! It is also worth putting them on pizza, using them as an ingredient in Italian salads. You can also grill, bake or toast it. You can even freeze it at home.

Storage

Store between +2 C and +10 C. Consume within 1-2 days after opening.
