Monyo's new, gluten-free beer available all year round, the Grumpy Octopus, has arrived!

You may have already known this beer, but now it has been made gluten-free thanks to a technological process during fermentation. There is no difference in taste compared to its predecessor, as it is still made from barley malt.

The Grumpy Octopus is officially considered a gluten-free product. The sample was tested at the accredited Bálint Analitika Laboratory, where the gluten/gliadin content was determined using the ELISA method. Each brew is subjected to a separate test, thus guaranteeing gluten-free status.

In terms of type, it is a 5.8% classic West Coast IPA, brewed with American hops (Colombus, Cascade, Centennial, Mosaic), which are responsible for the citrusy, tropical fruit aromas. Intense hoppy flavour and bitterness typical of IPAs, with a dry finish.
