Thanks to the special feeding of the hens, Omega-3 Farm Tojás contains about 5-6 times more omega-3 fatty acids than an average chicken egg. By consuming it regularly (2-3 pieces per day), we can provide our body with the essential omega-3 fatty acid. The fatty acid composition of the egg enriched with omega-3 fatty acid is optimal for the human body and has a particularly beneficial effect.

Its main advantage is that it reduces the cholesterol level in the blood, thus preventing the deposition of fat on the inner wall of the blood vessels. This way, the diameter of the blood vessels does not narrow, and the blood pressure does not increase. This significantly reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Farm Tojás Kft. started its operation in 1987 at its Bőny site with broiler chicken fattening. They pay great attention to compliance with quality, hygiene, animal health and epidemic prevention regulations. In line with market demands, they have prioritised the development and expansion of animal-friendly – deep litter, free-range and organic – husbandry technologies at a high level and volume. Currently, more than half of their entire laying hen stock (350,000-400,000 pieces) is already producing in deep litter, within which the proportion of eggs produced in modern aviary husbandry is increasing.
