Behind Alce Nero are organic farmers and growers who have been producing food from farms that respect the land since 1978. They work with over 1,000 Italian and 10,000 Central and South American family businesses.

They have been involved in organic farming for over 40 years, thus ensuring the balance between the Earth and its inhabitants. In order to maintain this balance, they wanted to focus on producing food that meets both. They only use ingredients free from synthetic substances for their products, the list of ingredients is short and simple, free from preservatives and additives.
