Behind Alce Nero are organic farmers and producers who have been producing food since 1978 that comes from farms that respect the land. They work with more than 1000 Italian and 10000 Central and South American family businesses.

They have been involved in organic farming for more than 40 years, thus taking care of the balance between the Earth and its inhabitants. In order to maintain the balance, they wanted to deal with the production of food that meets both. They only use ingredients free of synthetic substances for their products, the list of ingredients is short and simple, free from preservatives and additives.
