János Kotányi founded his first paprika mill in Szeged in 1881, thus launching the KOTÁNYI brand, which is now over 135 years old. The legendary Kotányi paprika is a cultivated seed, a traditional Szeged variety, hand-picked, carefully selected, 100% Hungarian paprika.
