Ingredients

250 g Kitti’s chickpea pasta, 2 eggs, smoked salmon, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, spinach leaves.

Preparation

1. While the pasta is cooking, put the eggs in boiling water and boil them hard (approx. 5-6 minutes).
2. In a bowl, mix the cooked and cooled pasta, spinach leaves, smoked salmon and sun-dried tomatoes to taste.
3. Peel the eggs and add them to the pasta salad.
4. Sprinkle the top with parsley and season with salt and pepper.

In 1999, Miklós and Mária opened their own small bakery in Székesfehérvár. When Miklós was diagnosed with gluten sensitivity, he decided to create a whole range of tasty alternative bakery products. This way, he and other gluten-sensitive people could live their lives without worries while consuming great food. They believe in creating their products together with a community and for a community. They make their gluten-free flour mixes, pasta, bread and snacks together with their collaborators.
