Prepared in the oven, without oil, the real thing, but of course can also be prepared in a deep fryer.
Safety warning
Do NOT refreeze after thawing!
Use
In a pan: at 175°C for 3-5 minutes.
In the oven: at 220°C for 20-25 minutes.
Storage
Store frozen below -18°C.
