Dr Pepper carbonated soft drink has a unique flavor that is unlike anything else. It was developed by American pharmacist Charles Alderton in Texas. It is not a type of cola, but a soft drink made from 23 different ingredients and flavors since 1885.

Dr Pepper is a popular carbonated soft drink brand in the United States, distributed by the Cadbury-Schweppes group. Its history dates back to 1885, when it was first introduced to the market, and was later presented at the 1904 World's Fair in Saint Louis. The Dr Pepper Museum has collected dozens of theories about how the soft drink got its name, but in reality we do not know where it got its name from. Dr Pepper is not a type of cola, but a drink made from the flavors of various fruits. Since it does not have its own bottling network, it is usually bottled under contract at Coca-Cola or Pepsi plants. It has been available in several places in Hungary since 2009.
