Roasted Piedmont hazelnuts, Valrhona milk chocolate, hazelnut gianduja, hazelnut praline, and Valrhona dark chocolate dragees, dusted with powdered sugar for hazelnut chocolate lovers. A classic dragee with a twist, made from the highest quality ingredients. In 2024, the Academy of Chocolate awarded this flavour combination a bronze medal. The product was made in a craft workshop that also processes hazelnuts, nuts, grains, and dairy products.

When Tóth Flóra Emese, founder and creative pastry chef, dreamed up the Flore Confectionery sweet workshop, she was inspired by Anthony Bourdain's quote above. A sweet funfair where exciting spices, unusual flavour combinations, and new ingredients entertain visitors. With their sweets, they want to give you the experience of carefree play, the magic of novelty, and the joy of surprise. And Flore is happiest when you taste one of their sweets and exclaim: “Wow, I’ve never tasted anything like this before, but I want it again and again!” To achieve this effect, they constantly research flavour combinations, spices, textures, and technologies that are uncommon in sweets, and they crown all this with colourful, playful, funny packaging that brings a smile to your face with every sweet bite.
