Pan-Fry
Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add one tablespoon of oil, then add Beyond Meatballs to the pan
and cook thoroughly, for 9 minutes, turning balls continuously.
Oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the Beyond Meatballs on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes, gently turning balls
over halfway through.
Airfryer
Preheat the airfryer to 180°C. Put Beyond Meatballs in the airfryer and cook thoroughly, for at least 7 minutes.
