HORIZONT Night Shift Vintage 2025 / Russian Imperial Stout aged in rum and rhum barrels, with macadamia nut and vanilla - 0.33l (11.9%)

We put a twist on our classic Russian Imperial Stout, which is usually aged in a single type of barrel. This year, we aged one half in freshly emptied Rhum barrels, and the other half rested in Rum barrels that previously contained macadamia nuts and vanilla. Macadamia nut is a type of nut originating from Australia, known for its buttery, simultaneously sweet and salty flavour notes. The distinctive flavour profile of vanilla perfectly complements this, creating the magical beer you hold in your hand.
