About the brand

The special technology used in the production of Living Foods products stops the natural germination, i.e., growth phase of the plant. Precisely when the nutritional value of the seed is highest, meaning it contains the most vitamins and nutrients for successful development. During controlled germination, the seeds are dried quickly but gently at a low temperature of around 40°C at the appropriate time (after approx. 36 hours).

As a result, all microbiological processes and enzyme activity cease, and the high vitamin content and vital substances are 'preserved' in the seed. The sprouted raw material thus becomes an active source of nutrients. Oil is pressed from the valuable seeds, or they are finely ground and used as flour, or as an ingredient in functional foods and drinks.
