Producer Information

Thomas Fentiman received a ginger beer recipe in 1905 in exchange for an unpaid loan. He later founded a company, becoming the first door-to-door ginger beer manufacturer, but went bankrupt in the 1960s due to the rise of supermarkets. Eldon Robson, the founder's grandson, revived the brand in 1988. Originally, Fentimans' botanical beverages were delivered and sold door-to-door in stone jars, while the drinks continued to ferment. Thanks to Thomas Fentiman's great-grandfather, the drinks were later pasteurized and bottled, allowing their refreshing freshness to last longer.
