Bohemia Regent Jarni Zelené Lager

A green lager brewed specifically for the spring season and Easter according to a traditional recipe, with the addition of various herbs and a Czech green treasure, which is the Třeboň Chlorella algae from the local Institute of Microbiology of the Czech Academy of Sciences.

Producer information

The brewery is located in the beautiful surroundings of the spa town of Třeboň in South Bohemia, near Lake Svět and the castle park. The brewery is associated with the personality of Jakub Krčín of Jelčany and Sedlčany, who was the regent of Vilém of Rožmberk's vast estate. The Regent Třeboň Brewery is proud of its traditions and preserves old recipes and brewing technologies. The beer is brewed from Žatec hops, Czech malt, and spring water from its own well. The brewery offers a wide range of beers under the Bohemia Regent brand name, such as Premium light lager, Premium dark lager, dark vanilla-flavored lager, semi-dark special Pivo Petra Voka, special beers Prezident, Kníže, or top-fermented beer IPA Escobeer and others. The Regent Třeboň Brewery is also a popular tourist destination, attracting visitors not only with its beer but also with its architecture and atmosphere. It organizes tours where you can view the historical premises of the brewery, learn more about its history and brewing process, and taste fresh beer directly from the source.
