The Herbária Patikája Málnalevél contains the leaves of raspberry (Rubus idaeus), which are traditionally used in various medicinal teas and herbal preparations. Raspberry leaves have numerous beneficial effects and have long been known in folk medicine.

• Digestive aid: Raspberry leaves can help alleviate digestive disorders such as diarrhea, bloating, and stomach pain.
• Detoxification: Raspberry leaves have a diuretic effect, which can help detoxify the body.
• Menstrual problems: Raspberry leaf tea is often used for menstrual complaints, such as painful menstruation, as it can help relieve cramps and regulate the cycle. 
• Pregnancy and childbirth: Raspberry leaf tea can be particularly useful in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, as it can help improve uterine tone and facilitate childbirth. However, its use during pregnancy is always recommended after medical consultation.
• Immune booster: The antioxidants found in raspberry leaves can help strengthen the immune system and protect against infections.

Preparation and use

Place 1.5 g of the herb in a cup and pour 1.5 dl of boiling water over it. Cover the infusion and let it stand for a few minutes, then strain.

With state support and promotion, the cultivation of certain medicinal herbs also began.

The Medicinal Plant Experimental Station established at the beginning of the 20th century facilitated further professional development. The use of medicinal herbs also gained increasing ground in folk medicine.
