Suggested use

Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 heaped measuring spoon = 2 heaped tablespoons) of product with 250 ml water in a shaker. On training days, consume at least 2 servings, 1 serving within 45 minutes after training, 1 serving between two meals. On rest days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
