In the early 1930s, Mátyás Szamos learned the secrets of making high-quality marzipan from a famous Danish pastry chef. The master also showed him all the things that could be made from the noble mass. Then, delicious pastries and cakes were made from the best ingredients according to traditional recipes, and in his chocolate manufactory, he also produced the finest quality bonbons based on old recipes. The secrets, the recipes, and the special passion with which Mátyás Szamos created his creations have been passed down from generation to generation within the family.
