Preparation suggestion

Frying: place the croquettes in a frozen state in a large amount of hot oil (covering the croquettes) and fry for about 3-4 minutes, turning constantly until golden brown. 1 liter of oil is enough to fry about 12 croquettes.

Their company, FRIGO-HASSO Kft., is a food industry company operating in Hungary. The company, founded in 1999, is owned by Nyírség-Hasso Kft. Their products are manufactured in two plants. One plant produces traditional conventional products, while in 2024 a physically completely separate independent plant was handed over, where the Gluten-free products are manufactured.

Their range of activities includes the production of dumplings, pasta, noodles, croquettes, pancakes and puff pastry products with various fillings. The technologies they use allow for a variety of product filling ratios, i.e. they adapt to consumer needs. Their kitchen preparation is extremely quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. These features are important considerations for consumers in our fast-paced world. Their current production capacity is sufficient to produce 30 tons of traditional and 10 tons of gluten-free finished products per day.
