Radish is high in vitamin C, antioxidants and minerals. Similar to mature radishes, microgreens also have a slightly spicy, piquant flavour, perfectly complementing any sandwich or salad.

About microgreens

Microgreens are young plant shoots, where the first leaflets already appear on the plant after germination. They contain the vitamin and mineral content of the mature specimen in a concentrated form, which can be up to 40 times that of the adult plant. Their taste is similar to that of the mature plant.

Consuming them is a great way to add vitamins and minerals to your daily diet, making your diet healthier and more varied. Freshly cut, they can be added to sandwiches, salads or ready meals.
