About the brand

The Arrocera del Pirineo cooperative has been growing rice in Aragon since 1996. Their rice is grown at a higher altitude than in other parts of Spain, in conditions that are considered extreme for this crop. Their fields are irrigated with pure, melted water from the Pyrenees, and as they have their own mill, they control the production cycle from start to finish, ensuring that their hard work results in the finest rice in Aragon.
