500 g strawberries
40 g honey

Wash the strawberries thoroughly, then blend them. Mix in honey to taste and spread thinly (1-2mm) on a silicone baking mat.

Dry in an oven at 100 degrees Celsius for 3-4 hours.

While still lukewarm, peel it off the silicone mat and roll it up to set its shape. You can cut it to the desired width with kitchen scissors.
