Preparation method

Fold the puff pastry in half, then use a small plate to cut out 2 circular pieces of dough.

Spread pizza sauce on one sheet, then place the other sheet on top. Place a glass near the dough, then cut 16 equal segments from the dough, starting only from the edge of the glass.

Twist these in pairs opposite each other into a spiral shape, and press them together at the end.
