Ingredients
- 1 pc plain or Greek yogurt
- 100 g fruit (banana, strawberry, blueberry)
Steps
- 1Wash the fruit thoroughly, then purée it.
- 2If the purée is too watery, or if you are using frozen fruit, feel free to drain off the excess liquid and drink it.
- 3Mix the fruit with the yogurt, then drop the mixture onto a plate or tray lined with baking paper.
- 4Place in the freezer for a few hours, then serve and consume immediately.
