INGREDIENTS

  • 40 dkg cod fillet
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground white pepper to taste
 

PREPARATION

    Slice the fish, then chop it further as if mincing parsley.

    Add the flour, grated Parmesan, eggs, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the chopped fish fillet and mix thoroughly.

    Heat a pan, spray with olive oil, and place small mounds of the fish mixture into it. Fry both sides until golden brown!

    Serve with mashed potatoes and freshly made vinegar lettuce salad!
