INGREDIENTS
- 40 dkg cod fillet
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- Ground white pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- 1Slice the fish, then chop it further as if mincing parsley.
- 2Add the flour, grated Parmesan, eggs, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the chopped fish fillet and mix thoroughly.
- 3Heat a pan, spray with olive oil, and place small mounds of the fish mixture into it. Fry both sides until golden brown!
- 4Serve with mashed potatoes and freshly made vinegar lettuce salad!
