INGREDIENTS
- 120 g banana (approx. 1 pc)
- 120 g whole wheat flour
- 120 g durum flour
- 40 g butter or good quality margarine
PREPARATION
- 1Thoroughly mix the room-temperature butter with the mashed banana, then add the flours. You should get a well-kneadable dough, which you then wrap in foil and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- 2Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of about 2-3 mm, then cut out the desired shapes. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius with convection for 12-15 minutes until done.
