Zollai Roasted Goose Liver Pieces in Goose Fat in a Jar (45% Goose Liver)

Spicy goose liver pieces and cream made from roasted goose liver with goose fat. The natural spices used and the goose liver and goose fat give it a pleasantly intense aroma and flavour. The product has a spreadable texture, with smaller and larger pieces of roasted goose liver mixed with fat, and the top of the product is covered with goose fat. Small spots, discolourations and tiny air bubbles may be visible on the liver part due to the natural spices. Our product made from roasted goose liver represents an intense Hungarian (but not paprika) flavour with a slightly marjoram taste.

Serving suggestion

Cut the baguette into finger-thick slices. Remove the product from the refrigerator and mix the liver pieces at the bottom of the box with the fat on top, then pile it on the baguette slices. Sprinkle the top with some chives and it's ready.
