Zollai Roasted Duck Liver Pieces in Duck Fat in a Jar (45% Duck Liver)

Spicy duck liver pieces and cream made from roasted duck liver with duck fat. The natural
spices used and the duck liver and duck fat give it a pleasantly intense aroma and flavour. The product has a
spreadable texture, with smaller and larger pieces of roasted duck liver mixed with fat, and the product is
covered with duck fat on top. Small spots, discolourations and tiny air bubbles may be visible on the liver
part due to the natural spices.
Our product made from roasted duck liver represents an intense Hungarian (but not paprika) flavour with a
slightly marjoram taste. It is ideal for those who like to spice up their duck fat bread with a little spicy roasted
duck liver.

Serving suggestion

Cut the baguette into finger-thick slices. Take the product out of the refrigerator and mix the liver pieces at the bottom of the box with the fat on top, then pile it on the baguette slices. Sprinkle some chives on top and it's ready.
