Preparation suggestion

In a pan in 3 minutes:

Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, put the bites in it and fry for about 3 minutes, turning both sides.

In 10 minutes in the oven:

Place the bites on baking paper and bake in a hot oven at 200 °C for 10 minutes, making sure to turn them over halfway through baking.
