Alnatura Organic Volanti Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta

Italian pasta speciality. These spiral-shaped Volanti pasta are made slowly and gently using bronze dies. Thanks to their rough surface and special shape, they absorb sauces particularly well. The pasta is suitable for classic pasta dishes, casseroles and salads. Alnatura Origin Volanti No. 53 is made in Lombardy, Italy, from 100% organic durum wheat semolina.

Preparation suggestion

Put the pasta in boiling salted water (use 1 litre of water for 100 g of pasta) and cook for approx. 11-13 minutes.
