Recipe - Pink Grapefruit Cocktail

Ingredients

For 4 people

• 600 g melon
• 1 lime
• 2 sprigs of peppermint (4 g)
• 4 teaspoons cane sugar (20 g)
• 400 ml pink grapefruit juice

Preparation

1. Freeze the melon – Peel and deseed the melon. Place it in the freezer for approx. 3 hours.
2. Making the cocktail – Wash the lime and cut it into thin slices. Wash the mint and cut the sprigs in half. Purée the melon and sugar, then divide into four glasses. Top up with grapefruit juice, and garnish with lime slices and mint.
