The deliciously sweet and refreshingly tart flavour combination, previously known from the Fruité fruit jelly selection, is one of Gábor Mészáros' favourite flavour pairings. This inspired the creation of the manufactory's second jam, which also promises to be a real gourmet gift for the new season.

It can be enjoyed spread on bread, bagels, on top of cakes, or as a filling, or even with meat.

Gábor Mészáros, founder and owner of the chocoMe chocolate manufactory, is extremely committed to top quality. He decided to create his own dark chocolate recipe with a completely unique flavour profile, which would become the flagship of chocoMe chocolates.

In order to gain a deeper understanding of the origin of cocoa beans and the richness of their effect on the senses, and to learn how to grow the best quality cocoa beans, he recently visited several cocoa plantations and sought out farmers in the Caribbean who have a great deal of expertise in this field. After mapping out the growing areas and tasting cocoa beans and various chocolate masses, he created a unique dark chocolate mass recipe with a unique aroma profile in a small but highly professional chocolate laboratory near Paris, which provides an unforgettable experience with every chocoMe Délice chocolate.
