Its flavour notes are mostly dominated by strong citrus fruits, giving the cocoa bean, chocolate a refreshing acidity. The outstanding flavours of red berries, such as raspberries, cherries and blueberries contribute to the fruity complexity.

chocoMe Atelier is the sophisticated yet deeply professional sibling of the world-famous chocoMe, which focuses strictly on bean-to-bar products, as opposed to chocoMe, which became internationally renowned for its award-winning bonbons, chocolate bars and filled chocolates made from handmade, premium quality chocolate couvertures.
