The packaging contains 2 x 80 g dry mix. 500 ml of liquid is required for 1 packet of mix. Approximately 3 portions of 200 g mashed potatoes can be made using 1 packet of 80 g mix.
Suggested use
Bring 250 ml of water and 250 ml of milk to the boil. Remove from the heat, add the other half of the milk and the contents of one sachet, soften with butter if desired, then stir. Leave to stand, then mix again with a whisk after one minute.
