Knorr Fix lasagne pasta with bolognese sauce

Our Italian Knorr Chefs created this Lasagne base following the traditions of recipes from their hometown. The perfect combination of rosemary and onion brings you the characteristic flavours of Italy.

Instructions for use

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Brown the minced meat in the oil. Add the canned tomatoes, then rinse the can with half a decilitre of water and add this to the meat. Add the base, bring to the boil while stirring and cook for 2 minutes from boiling.
2. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the sauce on the bottom of a heatproof dish or baking tray (approx. 20 x 28 cm), then place 3 lasagne sheets on top. Repeat this twice more, finishing with the sauce, spreading the mixed sour cream on top and sprinkling with grated cheese.
3. Cover with aluminium foil so that the foil does not touch the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil after 20 minutes. Once cooked, leave to stand for 5-10 minutes to make it easier to cut the slices.
