Alnatura organic chickpea fusilli

For a varied cuisine: These fusilli are made from 100% Italian chickpea flour. The pasta is a gluten-free source of fibre, rich in protein and vegan. Whether as a side dish, in a salad or as a casserole - Alnatura chickpea fusilli are ready in about nine minutes and are a quick alternative to classic pasta. The chickpeas come from organic farming in Italy.

Suggested use - Layered salad with chickpea fusilli

Preparation time
20 minutes.

Ingredients
For 2 servings:

• 100 g Alnatura chickpea fusilli
• 360 g Alnatura kidney beans
• 1 clove of garlic
• 2 avocados
• ½ lemon
• 2 tablespoons Alnatura extra virgin olive oil
• 100 ml water
• Alnatura sea salt
• Alnatura black pepper
• 1 carrot (approx. 100 g)
• 100 g Alnatura cashew nuts Thai curry
• 50 g rocket

Preparation

1. Prepare the chickpea pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. Rinse the kidney beans and drain well.
3. For the dressing, peel the garlic, scoop out the avocado flesh and puree finely with the garlic.
4. Squeeze the lemon, add the juice to the avocado-garlic mixture, stir in the oil and water, and season with salt and pepper.
5. Peel the carrot and cut into thin, long strips with a peeler.
6. Layer the ingredients in the glass in the following order: dressing, kidney beans, pasta, carrot strips, cashew nuts.
7. Finally, wash the rocket and place on top of the glass.
