Ingredients
200 g chicken wings, 1 cup flour, 20 mg salt, 15 mg pepper, 2 tbsp Exotic Food hot chili sauce, 2 tbsp Exotic Food sweet chili sauce, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 4 cups oil for frying, 2 cups water.

Preparation

1. Dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
2. Mix the flour, salt and pepper.
3. Pour the cooking oil into a deep fryer or pan.
4. Dip the wings in the flour, then in the water, then in the flour again.
5. Shake off the excess flour and slowly place in the hot oil.
6. Fry for 4-5 minutes, then remove from the heat and place on paper towels to drain the oil.
7. In a pan, mix the hot chili sauce, sweet chili sauce and two tablespoons of oil.
8. Bring the sauce to a boil, then add the wings to the sauce. You can serve it.
