So Thai Rice Paper

Rice paper for making fresh spring rolls.

Suggested use

To make fresh spring rolls:

1. Dip the rice paper briefly (a few seconds) in warm water (do not use boiling water, as it will disintegrate).
2. When softened, fill with fresh, crunchy ingredients, season with a sauce (So Thai spice pastes are excellent for this) and roll up into a neat roll.

Tip: choose ingredients with soft edges so that they do not pierce the rice paper.
