Ingredients
Exotic Food vermicelli, 2 chillies, 2 tablespoons Exotic Food fish sauce, 0.8 litres of water, 1 stalk of lemon grass, 2 lime leaves, 4 prawns, half a shallot, 1 slice of galangal root, 10 coriander leaves, half a tablespoon of sugar, 1 whole lime.

Preparation

1. Pour a jar of water into a bowl and bring to a boil.
2. Place the lime leaves, lemon grass, dried chilli peppers in it, then add the prawns after boiling.
3. Then pour on the Tom-Yum sauce, add the shallot and a slice of galangal.
4. Pour in 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, the lime juice and the sugar.
