- 1 package puff pastry
- 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 pc egg
Steps
- 1Fold the puff pastry in half, then use a small plate to cut out 2 circular pieces of dough.
- 2Spread pizza sauce on one sheet, then place the other sheet on top. Place a glass near the dough, then cut 16 equal segments from the dough, starting only from the edge of the glass.
- 3Twist these in pairs opposite each other into a spiral shape, and press them together at the end.
- 4Brush with beaten egg yolk and bake at the temperature and for the time indicated on the dough packaging until done. It is advisable to do the shaping and twisting on the baking paper, so it will be easy to transfer to the baking sheet.
