Ingredients
- 400 ml milk
- 60 g semolina
- 30 g butter
- 40 g sugar
- 100 ml cream
- 120 g plain yogurt
- 300 g cantaloupe
- 40 g lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
Steps

- 2Add salt to the milk and heat it. Once the milk is warm, add the semolina and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Then remove from the heat and, while still warm, stir in the butter, sugar, and cream, then let it cool.
- 3For the fruit sauce, blend the cantaloupe with mint and honey.
- 4Once the semolina has cooled, add the yogurt, mix thoroughly, and serve layered with the fruit sauce.
- 5Garnish with cantaloupe balls shaped with a melon baller and fresh mint.
- 6It's also delicious lukewarm, but you can put it in the fridge to set completely.
