Ingredients
- 50 dkg strawberries + for decoration
- Zest of 2 large lemons
- 500 ml cold whipping cream
- 500 g sour cream
- 100 g ladyfingers
- 20 g erythritol or powdered sugar
- 5 g vanilla powder
Steps
- 1Whip the cold cream into a stiff foam, add the grated lemon zest and juice, vanilla, erythritol or powdered sugar, sour cream, mix thoroughly, then add the chopped strawberries and fold them in.
- 2Lightly grease the bottom of a bowl of any size with a little cream, then add a layer of ladyfingers, again cream, and then ladyfingers again. Continue layering until the ingredients run out. The key is to have cream on top.
- 3Refrigerate for a few hours, then just before serving, decorate the top with strawberry pieces and fresh mint leaves!
