The packaging and formula have been given a refresh, so it's now even more deliciously mango-y! This extra-fruity, creamy treat comes in a recyclable tub with an aluminium lid and 100% recycled plastic from India, through our Community Fair Trade programme.

About the brand

Our story began in 1976 in Brighton, England. It all started with our founder, who believed in something revolutionary – that business could be a force for good. Following her vision, we've been campaigning for change, being bold, honest and pioneering for over 40 years. Back then, our shop was a tiny green-fronted unit on Brighton's seafront. It looked and felt completely different to anything else on the high street. Yet it was simple – naturally-based products, ethically sourced from all four corners of the globe. Our products and beauty rituals were for everyone, regardless of age, gender or background, so that everyone could feel good about themselves. All without ever promising to change who they are.

When The Body Shop started out, beauty was a fairly narrow idea of what a woman should look like. But we had our own idea of beauty. We believed beauty was about feeling good, comfortable and confident. It was about loving who you are and what makes you unique. Our beauty products were more about everyday rituals of self-love, rather than promising to slim you down or iron out your wrinkles. We never wanted to create products that made women look a certain way, but rather to help them bring out the best of themselves.

How to use

1. Pat your cleansed skin dry.
2. Warm a small amount of body butter in your palms.
3. Smooth and massage it generously into your skin.
4. Give extra love to dry areas like elbows, knees and heels.
5. Wait a few minutes before slipping into your favourite jeans.
6. Love your body every single day!

Storage

Store at room temperature. Once opened, use within 12 months.
