Product description

Uniformly round, with a diameter of at least 95 mm. Slice thickness max. 2mm. The product is not soft, it can be sliced well. On the cut surface, there are no tendon and connective tissue membranes larger than 3 mm and air cavities larger than 5 mm, at most a few smaller ones are visible. Not chewy, does not release juice when sliced, can be sliced without alteration. The cut surface is light pink, with the characteristic smell and taste of cured meat. No foreign smell or taste can be detected. Pleasantly salty, spicy taste.

Storage

Store at a temperature between 0 – (+5) ºC, in unopened packaging.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
